Spencer Patton (1-0) gets the win, Chris Stratton the save (4). Final score 7-6 in 12 innings. |

| Game #4: | We have a much tougher contest in this one with the score reaching 5-5 going into the 9th. Then Portland puts it away on a Gleyber Torres 2 run homer (3) in a 3 run 9th. Michael Conforto (12) homered again and Bradley Zimmer goes 5 for 6 with 2 rbis!! Chris Stratton blows the save (2) in the 8th and gets the win (2-7) and Jose Ruiz picks up the save (6). Final Portland 8-5 winners. |
| Game #5: | Due to Jack Flaherty making some bullpen saves, Tyler Mahle gets bumped up to start this one and he goes 7 innings, 6 hits, 2 runs and 12 BIG KS for the win (6-15). Lewin Diaz clubs a triple and a homer (5) along the was in the 8-3 Portland win. |
| Game #6: | Columbus avoids the broom when Jordan Lyles pitches a 6 hit, 6.1 inning shutout fanning 6. He gets the win, 8-17, but somehow he has an era of 3.46 despite that W-L record! His bullpen does a great job, giving up only 1 run in 2.2 innings – a Jose Iglesias rbi single. Zac Gallen (9-10) takes the loss as Columbus wins easily 7-1. Robinson Chirinos smacks TWO homers (7) for 4 rbis! |

MCM gets a little offense from a Candelario solo-HR in the T3 and a Nottingham 2-run HR in the T4. But it wasn’t enough as SBL ends up with 15 runs on 15 hits. He actually doesn’t pitch that bad giving up 3 runs, only 1ER, in 5.2IP with 6 Ks. After MCM took a 4-3 lead in the T7 on PH B.Bradley 2-run HR they call ed on T.Megill to hold things down. But in the B7 SBL ties the game on a K.Tucker rbi-1b, takes the lkead on a Altuve rbi-1b, and then Escobar gets some breathing room with a 2-rbi 1b. SBL add an insurance run in the B8.
