2012 MWBL CHRISTMAS CLASSIC HOME RUN DERBY
The Mid-West Baseball League 2012 Christmas Classic Home Run Derby was played in Honolulu Hawaii on Christmas Day.
12 MWBL Participants represented their Mid-West Baseball League Franchises.  Price Fielder, Albert Pujol, Curtis Granderson & Mark Reynolds made it out of the first round. Granderson and Reynolds then moved forward to the Finals. One MWBL Franchise Owner could be heard saying “I hate it when Tempe even makes the Finals in anything – let alone win it”. With that statement, it pretty much locked it up for Curtis Granderson who knocked one more than Mark Reynolds to win it all.
