Southbend Lynx @ Chicago Mobsters
Series Preview:	A quick trip from Southbend to Chicago was in store for the Lynx. They are looking ahead to the 2022 MWBL Season than this trip, but let’s see how it plays out.
Game #1:	Matt Joyce & Bo Bichette both hit Homers & have 2 RBI’s for the Lynx. Tucker Barnhart with a 3-Run bomb for the home team. Chicago has a nice lead but then lets the Lynx get close. However, it was not close enough as Chicago prevails. Final Score: Chicago 9 – Southbend 8 Win: Casey Mize 1-0 (5.27) Loss: Jose Oviedo 3-6 (5.43) Save: Tyler Matzek #2
Game #2:	Chicago couldn’t muster up much offense with only 5 Hits and 2 Run Scored. It was Francisco’s 2-Run Home Run that amounted for all of Chicago’s scoring. The Lynx get 2 Home Runs from Kyle Tucker & Edwin Escobar along with a Jack Mayfield RBI Double to do the damage for Southbend. Final Score: Southbend 3 – Chicago 2 Win: Michael Foltyniewicz 1-5 (8.38) Loss: Jesus Luzardo 5-3 (2.92) Save: Tyler Duffey #8

Pittsburgh Lumber Company @ Selkirk Steelers
Series Preview:	Selkirk(32-19) has been crazy hot nine in a row and is solidly in 3rd place. Pittsburgh (21-30) It’s a two-gamer.
Game #1:	Loaisiga allowed just 2 hits one a Donaldson homer in 4 innings and then the Selkirk pen took over and Williams going for rookie of the year saved his 15th. Selkirk bats got to Clevenger hard with solo homers from Cano, Winkler, and Longoria 4-1 Selkirk.
Game #2:	Dylan Cease got his first start of the year and was much better than his pen work going 7 innings 1 run. But Ryu allowed just 1 hit but somehow lost as the hit was by Markaksis as 2 run double! Crazy unfair Selkirk wins 2-1 despite being 1 hit.
Series Summary:	Selkirk takes both games as they got great pitching. But pitcher of the week has to be Ryu 1 hit in 8 innings for Pittsburgh!

Portland Lumber Jax @ Bethesda Bandicoots
Series Preview:	A two-game baby series between two teams destined for un-greatness.
Game #1:	Bethesda wins the battle of the ne’er do wells 4-1 in part thanks to a Juan Soto homer.
Game #2:	Portland pitchers strike out a disinterested troupe of clowns disguised as batters about 100,000 times in an 8-1 romp over the Coots.
Series Summary:	Ennui … a split. Nothing to be decided and the results were … of course, inconclusive.

Mesa Solar Sox @ Cincinnati Skyliners
Series Preview:	The Mesa Solar Sox make their annual visit to Cincinnati and Glenn Sample Field for a pair of games.
Game #1:	CIN 6, MSS 2
Game #2:	MSS 5, CIN 4 – 11 Inn. Solar Sox score three in the top of the ninth to force the extra session.
Series Summary:	A series split for Cincinnati, which continues to limp toward the end of the year. Mesa steals one to assist in the Solar Sox drive to the postseason.

Columbus Explorers @ Valdosta Snappers
Series Preview:	Columbus, trying to catch Tempe, discovered they were in Valdosta to take on the lowly Snappers for 2.
Game #1:	Valdosta 4-3 (10 Innings). Snappers had an unusually productive day with 10 hits highlighted by a Miguel Sano lead-off walk-off HR in the bottom of the 10th for the win.
Game #2:	Columbus 11-1. Explorers rapped out 18 hits in laugher. The lone bright spot for Valdosta was a rare scoreless outing for Craig Kimbrel. Maybe he is starting to rediscover his command.
Series Summary:	1-1 split.

Fremont Cannons @ Coconut Creek Crushers
Series Preview:	CCC shoots for a split.
Game #1:	Howard pitches like an ace while Sheffield gets beat around. FRE wins 9-1.
Game #2:	Dunning is dominant until tiring in the 8th. Betts backs him with his 2nd homer of the series as CCC wins 5-3.
Series Summary:	Split 1-1

Rosemere Renegades @ Tempe Tempers
Series Summary:	Two game series split between the Renegades and the Tempers. Tempe cruised in game one for an easy 9-2 win. Rosemere gets a solo homerun from Tatis and White to back six solid innings from Richards to squeeze by for a 2-1 win in game two.
